Care4U began in Surrey and was Founded in 2017. We started by providing regular visits to those locally who needed extra support at home. After 2 successful years and with our client base growing, we decided to open a branch within the Kent area as we believe that being local to our clients is essential. Our aim is for people to retain their independence and stay in the place they feel most comfortable, their home. We understand the importance of making you feel safe and secure which is why we are local to you and have the experience and expertise to provide the right level of care for your health and social requirements.
Our Management Teams
We only select the absolute best individuals to lead our care service. Our management teams have extensive experience in the care sector, from homecare management to working for the NHS at a senior level and working for CQC. We carefully recruit our caregivers by selecting people who are just as passionate as we are about caring for another person and who have empathy, compassion and heart felt desire to make a difference to the lives of other people.

Our services allow you to be in control of your desired care service. This enables us to support you to maintain your chosen style of living where and when you want it. We always take time to listen to our clients and encourage them to be involved in making decisions about their own care as much as possible. Where this is not possible, we partner with family members to ensure client’s needs are always met.
We understand the importance of continuity of care, we want our clients to feel comfortable and to trust the person who is supporting them which is why we only send caregivers who have been carefully matched to each client
Our Services
We can offer support from 1 hour a week to 24 hours a day providing companionship to help our clients lead full and interesting lives whether it be a cup of tea and a chat, a stroll to the park, a trip to the shops, medical appointments, help around the home, live-in care, or assistance with washing and dressing, whatever your needs Care4U are here to help our clients remain independent and living safely in their own homes.
We regularly work with private clients, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and continuing healthcare (CHC) teams, we also arrange packages of NHS-funded home care. We provide support to the elderly, adults and children with learning disabilities, adults with physical disabilities and adults with mental health conditions.
- All our caregivers are thoroughly checked and referenced including DBS (Police).
- All our caregivers are highly trained to provide a friendly, caring and reliable services.
- We work hard to ensure clients are cared for by the same caregiver as often as possible to build consistent, long-standing relationships with the people they care for.
