The outbreak of COVID-19 presents one of the world’s most significant challenges in recent years. We at Care4U healthcare understand this is an extremely worrying time for everyone, most of all older and more vulnerable adults and their loved ones.

Throughout this pandemic we have continued to review the constantly changing practices, keeping up to date with information from the Government, Public Health England, our local Councils, NHS Trusts and CQC to ensure that we are minimising the risk of spreading infection whilst still providing our vital service to clients so that they can stay safe and well at home.

In order to ensure we continue to provide a safe service we have the following measures in place:

  • Our Kent and Surrey Offices have been assessed for potential risks and all staff are adhering to new ways of working to ensure we observe social distancing.
  • All staff have been provided with the correct PPE and we have ensured we have a constant stock.
  • We have communicated regularly with our clients and our caregivers ensuring they are kept up to date with the changes in PPE and other regulations and requirements
  • We continue to monitor our clients and caregivers to ensure their health and safety

Our offices are working hard throughout this crisis to ensure that our clients get the support they need and our caregivers are here to help clients get the things they cannot during this time and can also support with shopping, picking up medication and helping clients to stay connected with family and friends remotely through technology.

Everything we do is always with the wellbeing of our clients, teams and caregivers foremost in our minds at this difficult time.
