At Care4U Healthcare we understand that to be able to take good care of your loved one means taking good care of yourself. We recognise the importance of easy access to high quality respite care that gives you the assurance you need.
Take a Break
Short breaks can be of great benefit to the person you care for too. They offer the person the opportunity to do something a bit different from their usual routine and the chance to meet new people.
We can provide respite care and support for people with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. Our services range from a sitting service for a couple of hours to 24-hour live-in care. We offer personalised care and support, so you and your loved one have the service that you want, in the way you both want it.
Our reliable, compassionate caregivers are fully trained, so that you have the peace of mind you need to take that much needed break.
Extra Support
Respite care is also whavailable for people that need extra support following an operation or illness. While regular caregivers take a well-earned break from the demanding duties of being a full-time caregiver, our team are on hand to help. This type of care is available to keep the recipient at home and without disturbing their routine or taking them from their familiar surroundings.
What We Do
The different types of respite care:
- Live-in care – Where the caregiver lives in your house, offering support and company day and night
- Daily care – If you need support for a just a few hours each day or each week
- Overnight care – Where a caregiver stays with you over night, depending on your needs the caregiver will either be asleep or awake
If you feel that respite care is what you or your loved one needs, then contact your local branch and a member of our team will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail
Time to Relax
Caring for another person can be physically and mentally demanding, and much more than purely handling the day-to-day tasks. Especially when caring for long periods at a time, the emotional strain can take its toll. Respite care is there to provide you with respite while ensuring your loved one’s care needs are met. The types of respite care available will ensure that those receiving care will have their requirements met by our expert caregivers and management team.
